I am sending this email to memorialize why a covenant is not attached to this file. Per Val (Legislative Division), the
covenant once finalized which may not be for some time, will be recorded with the County and a copy kept with Hearing
Boards. If a member of the public requests for the covenant, please refer them to Olga Zamora/Hearing Boards.
Rosemary/Maribel, I think it would be a good idea to file this email in Laserfiche as a "NOTE TO FILE". It will not be part
of the actual legislation. Let me know.
