Santana, Agenda Coordinator AB:HM:DL CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on Thursday, November 21, 2019 at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, for the purpose of granting the following: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, PURSUANT TO SECTION 29-B(E) AND SECTION 29-B (F) OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, APPROVING THE SALE OF A CITY OF MIAMI ("CITY") OWNED CLUC 90 PROPERTY IDENTIFIED AS FOLIO NUMBER 01-0104-070-1050, TO GLORIA B. LEWIS ("PURCHASER"); ESTABLISHING TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($2,550.00) AS THE AMOUNT TO BE PAID TO THE CITY BY THE PURCHASER; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE ("AGREEMENT"), AND TO EXECUTE SUCH OTHER DOCUMENTS AS MAY BE NECESSARY, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, TO CONSUMMATE SUCH TRANSACTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT, WHICH TERMS MAY BE AMENDED BY THE CITY MANAGER AS MAY BE NECESSARY IN ORDER TO MEET THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY. Said proposed resolution may be inspected by the public at the Office of the City Clerk, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., or http://miamifl.igm2.com five days before the date of the Commission Meeting. The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or represented at the meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which the City Commission may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
