Please be advised that the undersigned was recently retained by GR OPCO, LLC
("Applicant") with respect to its application seeking PZAB/Commission approval for an exception
to allow the extension of the existing Legally Nonconforming Use, through and including May 20,
2050, pursuant to Sec. 7.2.6.a, Miami 21 (the "Application"). Attorneys Jose Felix Diaz, Esq. and
Benjamin P. Bean, Esq. of the law firm of Panza Maurer & Maynard, P.A. shall be substituted in
place of Greenspoon Marder, LLP as attorneys of record for the Applicant. Consequently, please
