Thursday, October 24, 2019 at 9:00 A.M.
The City of Miami Department of Housing and Community Development will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 24, 2019 at
9:00 a.m. at City Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133, to provide the public an opportunity to
comment on funding amendments affecting the City's Annual Action Plan for US Department of Housing & Urban Development
(HUD) programs. The proposed amendment(s) and respective description(s) can be found at:
www.miamiciov.com/communitvdeveloi)ment.
The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution, by the City Commission, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorizes the City
Manager to draftlamend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Plan. Certain item(s) may be available for public comment and
review fora period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins on Tuesday, September 24, 2019 and ends on
Wednesday, October 23, 2019. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the City Commission for approval on Thursday,
October 24, 2019. Draft copies of the agenda items will be available at the City of Miami Department of Housing and Community
Development office located at 14 NE 1 Avenue, 2 Floor, Miami, FL 33932 (HCD Address). Comments to amendment(s) must be
submitted to: nancyromani@miamigov.com, Attn: Nancy Romani, and must be received no later than October 23, 2019.
Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped. Requests for
special accommodations may be directed at 305-416-2080 no later than three (3) business days priorto the public hearing date.

notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In addition, the public is advised of

City of Miami and Martin Luther King Economic Development Corp. for eighteen (18) additional months from June 30, 2019 to
December 30, 2020.
