PZ.11 - During the MRC's March 4, 2013 public meeting, Vicky Leiva and Andrew Hellinger presented the subject "River Landing" mixed use project, including the subject area previously owned by Miami -Dade County, featuring a 50 -foot wide public riverwalk, 2 side yards and middle corridor which are all publicly accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with no waivers, exemptions, exceptions or reductions of the public riverwalk provisions required under the City of Miami's Zoning Code Sections 3.11, and Appendix B. The MRC passed a unanimous resolution recommending approval of "River Landing" as it is consistent with the Miami River Greenway Action Plan and the Miami River Corridor Urban Infill Plan. PZ.14 — During the MRC's June 3, 2019 public meeting, the City of Miami presented their subject application to amend the land use from "Single Family Residential" to "Low Density Residential" and amend the zoning from T3 -R and T3 -L to T4 -R on riverfront properties from NW 17 Ave to just east of I-836.
