LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
PORTION OF N.W. 22nd TERRACE:
A portion of N.W. 22nd Terrace, Washington Boulevard as shown on the plat of WASHINGTON PARK,
according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 208 of the Public Records of Miami -
Dade County, Florida being bounded on the North by the South line of Block 2 of said WASHINGTON
PARK, bounded on the East by the West Right of Way line of N.W. 11th Avenue, Booker Avenue, as
shown on said plat of WASHINGTON PARK, bounded on the South by the North line of Block 3 of said
WASHINGTON PARK, and bounded on the West by the East Right of Way line of N.W. 12th Avenue, lying
35 feet East of and parallel to the center line of said N.W. 12th Avenue, Hawkins Avenue as shown on
said plat of WASHINGTON PARK.
