On June 7, 2018, the Office of the City Clerk received three (3) proposals in response to
the RFP for Group 1, On -Site Auctions, and nine (9) proposals for Group 2, Internet
Auctions, one of which was deemed non-responsive. The Evaluation Committee

guidelines set forth within the RFP. The Committee recommended award to the highest
ranked proposers for Group 1 and Group 2, Fisher Auction Co., Inc. ("Fisher") and Rene
Bates Auctioneers, Inc. ("Rene Bates"), respectively.
