IT'S A WARNING THAT THE CITY OF MIAMI IS ABOUT TO MAKE A
HUGE MISTAKE THAT COULD COST YOU A LOT OF
MONEY, TIME, AND AGGRAVATION,
H COMMISSIONER CAROLLO and MAYOR SUAREZ gel their way, we will no longer be
able to just give you a parking ticket when you park past your time. Instead, under the
new rule, our only option will be to call a TOW TRUCK.

COMMISSION AMENDING CHAPTER 35/ARTICLE VIII OF THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, TITLED
"MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC/PRIVATE PARKING LOTS",
BY CREATING A NEW SECTION 35-292 PROHIBITING PRIVATE
PARKING LOT OPERATORS FROM ISSUING PARKING VIOLATIONS
TO MOTOR VEHICLES PARKED IN SAID PRIVATE PARKING LOTS;
CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; PROVIDING FOR AN
IMMEDIATE EFFECTIVE DATE.
