The City of Miami Department of Housing and Community Development will hold a public hearing on Thursday, April 11, 2019 at
9:00 a.m. at City Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133, to provide the public an opportunity to
comment on funding amendments affecting the City's Annual Action Plan for US Department of Housing & Urban Development
(HUD) programs. The proposed amendment(s) and respective description(s) can be found at:
www.miamigov.com/communitydevelopment.
The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution, by the City Commission, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorizes the City
Manager to draftlamend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Plan. Certain item(s) may be available for public comment and
review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins on Tuesday, March 12, 2019 and ends on
Wednesday, April 10, 2019. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the City Commission for approval on Thursday,
April 11, 2019. Draft copies of the agenda items will be available at the City of Miami Department of Housing and Community
Development office located at 14 NE 1 Avenue, 2 Floor, Miami, FL 33132 (HCD Address). Comments to amendment(s) must be
submitted to: nancyromani@miamigov.com, Attn: Nancy Romani, and must be received no later than April 10, 2019. Interested
individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped. Requests for special
accommodations may be directed at 305-416-2080 no later than three (3) business days prior to the public hearing date.

Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens
with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In
addition, the public is advised of the proposed new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as
indicated below: * t t
1. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the allocation of program income from Community Development
Block Grant ("CDBG") funds generated from October 1, 2018 to January 30, 2019 in the amount of $820,018.52.
2. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the allocation of program income from Home Investment Partnership
("HOME") program funds generated from May 1, 2018 to January 30, 2019 in the amount of $1,076,978.15.
3. Discuss and proposed resolution approving the City of Miami ("City") Local Housing Assistance Plan ("LHAP") for the
period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022, for the continued participation of the City in theFlorida State Housing
Initiatives Partnership "(SHIP") program.
4. Discuss and proposed resolution approving the assigment of the Purchase and Sales agreement of the City of Miami
("City") owned parcels of land located at 6240 NW 15 Avenue, 1501,1515, 1525,1535, 1551, 1560, 1520, 1500, NW
62 Street, from Atlantic Pacific Communities, LLC ("Atlantic") to Residences at Dr. King Boulevard, Ltd; for the
construction of affordable/workforce housing for eligible low to moderate income persons.
