The program's funding and purpose is to expand the City's summer youth program and provide additional placement work sites, and financial education and financial empowerment one-on-one coaching to 100 youth residing in the City of Miami who are 16-19 years old high school students. To consider the City Manager's recommendation in finding that competitive negotiation methods are not practicable or advantageous regarding these issues.
