Enclosed you will find an ad for notice of a public hearing to be held by the City Commission on March 14, 2019
for the purpose of transfer, with affordable/workforce rental housing restrictions and automatic reverter
provisions, the City owned parcels of land, to Liberty Renaissance Apartments LLC, a Florida limited liability
company, for the development of affordable/workforce rental housing in accordance with section 29-b(a) of the
charter of the City of Miami, Florida.
---Please place the ad in accordance with public hearing requirements of the City Commission.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida
on Thursday, March 14, 2019, at 9:00 A.M. at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan
American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, for the purpose of considering the
following:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
BY A FOUR-FIFTHS (4/5THS) AFFIRMATIVE VOTE, AFTER AN ADVERTISED
PUBLIC HEARING, RATIFYING, APPROVING, AND CONFIRMING THE CITY
MANAGER'S FINDING, ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED AS ATTACHMENT
"B," THAT COMPETITIVE NEGOTIATION METHODS AND PROCEDURES
ARE NOT PRACTICABLE OR ADVANTAGEOUS FOR THE CITY OF MIAMI
("CITY") PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 29-B(A) OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED ("CITY CHARTER"), AND SECTION 18-
182(C) OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED
("CITY CODE"); WAIVING THE REQUIREMENTS FOR SAID PROCEDURES;
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO TRANSFER, WITH
AFFORDABLEM/ORKFORCE RENTAL HOUSING RESTRICTIONS AND
AUTOMATIC REVERTER PROVISIONS,THE CITY OWNED PARCELS OF
LAND LOCATED AT 1305, 1321, 1331, 1341, 1361, 1320, 1370 NORTHWEST
61 STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS DESCRIBED IN "ATTACHMENT "A,"
ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED, TO LIBERTY RENAISSANCE
APARTMENTS LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, FOR THE
DEVELOPMENT OF AFFORDABLE/WORKFORCE RENTAL HOUSING IN
ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 29-B(A) OF THE CHARTER OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE ANY AND ALL NECESSARY
DOCUMENTS, IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY ATTORNEY AND
BOND COUNSEL, FOR SAID PURPOSE.
The Miami City Commission requests all interested parties be present or
represented at the meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition
before the City Commission in which the City Commission may take action.
Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with
respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure
that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and
evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
