Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable
notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In addition, the public is advised
of the proposed new allocation(s)1 amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as indicated below* t $
1. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager the sale, to YOLO MIAMI, LLC, of the Miami owned parcel of land located
at 1812 NW 2 Avenue, Miami, FL, as legally described in Exhibit "A", for the construction of affordable housing projects in accordance with
Section 29-13(a) of the City Code, authorizing the City Manager to execute a purchase and sale agreement. moved from 9/28/2017
2. Discuss and propose resolution authorizing the acceptance of additional State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) funds, in the amount
$5,387.00 for fiscal year 2017-2018, for the strategies under the current SHIP Local Housing Assistance Plan ("LHAP").
* The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution, by the City Commission, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorized the City
Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Plan.
t This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period
begins Tuesday, August 14, 2018 and ends on Wednesday, September 12, 2018. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to
City Commission for approval on Thursday, September 13, 2018 (public hearing).
.t Draft copies will be available at the City of Miami Department of Community & Economic Development office located at 14 NE 1st
Avenue, 2nd floor, Miami, Florida, 33132. Comments to the amendments must be submitted in writing to:14 NE 1st Avenue, 2nd

Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped. Requests for

than three (3) business days prior to the Public Hearing date.
