The City of Miami Community & Economic Development Department will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at
9:00 a.m. at City Commission Chambers, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133, to provide the public an opportunity to
comment on funding amendments affecting the City's annual Action Pian for US Department of Housing & Urban Development
(HUD) programs. The proposed amendment(s) and respective description(s) can be found at:
www.miamigov.com/communitvdevelopment.
The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution, by the City Commission, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorizes the City
Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Pian. Certain item(s) may be available for public comment and
review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 and ends on
Wednesday, October 25, 2017. The proposed amendment(s) will be presented to the City Commission for approval on Thursday,
October 26, 2017. Draft copies of the agenda items will be available at the City of Miami Community & Economic Development
Department office located at 444 SW 2i° AVE, 2 Floor, Miami, FL 33130 (CED Address). Comments to amendment(s) must be
submitted to: nancyromani@miamigov.com, Attn: Nancy Romani, and must be received no later than October 25, 2017.
Interested individuals are encouraged to attend this Public Hearing. The meeting site is accessible to the handicapped. Requests for

Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable
notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In addition, the public is advised
of the proposed new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s) as indicated below* t t
1. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager the sale, to YOLO MIAMI, LLC, of the Miami owned parcel of land located
at 1812 NW 2 Avenue, Miami, FL, as legally described in Exhibit "A", for the construction of affordable housing projects in accordance with
Section 29-8(a) of the City Code, authorizing the City Manager to execute a purchase and sale agreement(s). moved from 9128/2017
2. Discuss and propose resolution authorizing the City Manager to approve a change in the Project Base Operating Support
allocation of Program Year 2017-2018 of Housing Opportunities for Persons with Aids (HOPWA) program funds as described
below:
3. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the allocation of Program Income from CDBG funds generated from May 'Is' to August 3159
2017 in the amount of $639,350.93
4. Discuss and proposed resolution authorizing the transfer of funds, in the amount of $195,000 from City of Miami, Department of
Community and Economic Development, CDBG Program Income funds, allocating said funds to the Single -Family Rehabilitation Program
to provide housing repair assistance to qualified residents whose house was impacted by hurricane Irma.
