Dear Chairman Hardemon:
I am writing in support of SWIRE's Brickell City Centre SAP application.
As the CEO of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami, I have had the distinct pleasure of
working with some of Miami's most influential companies and organizations as they partner
with us to help tackle the issues of affordable home ownership in our community. Few are as
committed to our cause as SWIRE.
In my 8 years at Habitat, we have had a wonderful relationship with SWIRE and its employees.
Not only have they contributed significant dollars towards the construction of homes, but the
entire organization, top to bottom, takes a hands on approach to the issue as well,
frequently volunteering on our work sites and building side by side with the families who
purchase our homes. Community engagement at SWIRE is not a mandatory task that gets
passed down from management, but rather it is woven in the DNA of the organization.
Our staff and Board of Directors wholeheartedly support SWIRE's application.
Thank you
or your time and consideration.

RE: Letter of Support — Brickell City Centre SAP Amendment
Dear Honorable Mayor and Commissioners,
On behalf of the Brickell Key Master Association, Inc. (BKMA), I am writing to express our
support of the Brickell City Centre SAP Amendment, which is scheduled to be heard for first
reading at the December 13`h City Commission meeting. BKMA believes that this project will
have significant benefits for the residents of Brickell Key and the greater Brickell community.
The first phase of Brickell City Centre has had a transformative impact on Brickell. The project
has brought many new residents, a successful new hotel, and a true amenity/public gathering
space to the neighborhood. For the residents of Brickell Key in particular, Brickell City Centre
now provides a true commercial hub with many dining and shopping options that is easily
accessible and within walking distance from the island. In general, Brickell City Centre is an
incredible asset to all Brickell residents, and the proposed SAP amendment will allow the
developer to further expand these benefits to additional properties in the neighborhood.
For these reasons, BKMA wholeheartedly supports the proposed Brickell City Centre SAP
Amendment.
Sincerely,
BRI KELL KEY MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.
