Comp Plan Amendment and Rezoning of a Portion of the Property at 201 NW 21

Dear Mr. Eisenberg:
Further to our email correspondence on September 28, 2018, please find enclosed updated
legal descriptions for the Comp Plan and Rezoning applications referenced above (Legislative Files
4435 and 4436) (the Applications).
As you know, the Applications request adjustments to the Citys future land use and zoning
maps in order to correct the subject propertys land use and zoning designations, which currently split
the property and the 1940s building located there.

The first of the two enclosed legal descriptions, Exhibit A1, describes the area to be upzoned.
The second, Exhibit A2, describes the whole property. I understand that you requested that I provide
only a legal description for the area to be modified. Respectfully, I think including both legal
descriptions, as enclosed, better avoid any confusion.
Please review the enclosed exhibit and let me know if you agree. If so, I will submit this letter
and the enclosures to Ms. Zamora and her staff so that the Hearing Department can update the
legislative file. As always, feel free to call me if you would like to discuss or if I can be of any
