Pursuant to City of Miami Commission Resolution R-18-0096, Mr. Brandon Okpalobi has been
nominated for membership on the Community Advisory Board ("CAB") by the Nominating Committee
and has been nominated by the CAB as a whole on November 1, 2018. It is the request of the CAB that
the City Commission consider the appointment of Brandon Okpalobi at the earliest City Commission
meeting. Please let me know if you will need anything further. Thank you for your attention to this
