Please accept this letter confirming my support for the rezoning of the Property and
granting of the proposed Future Land Use Map amendment. I have reviewed the project being
proposed by the applicants and believe it will be a positive addition to the neighborhood. I believe
the proposed rezoning and project will benefit the area and is compatible with the surrounding
properties as our neighborhood continues its evolution. I encourage you to approve the proposed
rezoning for the properties.
The project's mixed-use nature will increase the available residential options in the
neighborhood, while enhancing the pedestrian realm with ground floor commercial uses. The
Property's location along NW 7`h Avenue and adjacent to NW 36 Street provides a great location
to emphasize the pedestrian experience which will not only benefit the Property but the
surrounding businesses as more pedestrians frequent the area.
