APPROPRIATE CITY, COUNTY, STATE, AND FEDERAL OFFICIALS AND AGENCIES TO
TAKE ANY AND ALL NECESSARY ACTIONS, INCLUDING EFFECTUATING A TEMPORARY
STREET CLOSURE, SUBJECT TO ALL COUNTY, STATE, AND FEDERAL REGULATIONS
FOR THOSE PORTIONS OF PUBLIC STREETS GENERALLY LOCATED ALONG
NORTHWEST 1ST AVENUE, NORTHWEST 1ST COURT, NORTHWEST 1ST PLACE,
NORTHWEST 2ND AVENUE, AND NORTHWEST 13TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, UNDER
THE DOLPHIN EXPRESSWAY, AS SHOWN ON EXHIBIT "A," ATTACHED AND
INCORPORATED, IN ORDER TO IMMEDIATELY PROTECT THE HEALTH, SAFETY, AND
WELFARE OF CITY RESIDENTS; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY
CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
