EMPLOYEES AND PATRONS IN THE BUILDING LOCATED AT 1000 NORTHWEST 62ND
STREET MIAMI, FLORIDA, WITH AN ANNUAL RENTAL FEE OF ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) FOR
A PERIOD OF SIXTY (60) MONTHS WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS MORE
SPECIFICALLY SET FORTH IN SAID AGREEMENT.
