Elections Coordinator
Plan and direct all City of Miami election activities in accordance to its Charter, Code and Florida State Statutes.
• Create timelines, calendars, and checklists outlining tasks and deadlines associated with all City of Miami
elections, including general, special, runoff and board elections.
• Prepare election legal notices for publication as required by Florida State Statutes
• Draft correspondence to relay vital election information to the public, candidates and government officials.
• Assist the City Attorney's Office with all election related resolutions in accordance with city, county and state
requirements.
• Serve as the City of Miami's representative with Miami -Dade County Elections Department for ballot
preparation, early voting, polling site locations, logic and accuracy testing of voting machines.

Legislative Services Supervisor
Administered the Legislative Services Section of the City Clerk's Office
• Supervised five employees in the legislative services section.

• Served as Clerk and liaison for the Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board (PZAB) Hearings.
