Chairman Sarnoff would like to have monthly updates from the City of
Miami Administration describing all revenue sources benefiting the City of
Miami.
Chairman Sarnoff would like monthly updates from the City of Miami
Administration describing expenditures and any deviation from budget
projections.
Chairman Sarnoff would also like to have the Administration describe any
expenditure that exceeds budget projections.
These updates will be discussed at the First Commission meeting held each
month. Trends will be examined. Actual receipts vs. projections will be
examined.
