HomeMy WebLinkAboutPZAB (1297) ResolutionMiami Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board Resolution: PZAB-R-16-080 File ID 1297 December 7, 2016 Item PZABA Mr. Adam Gersten offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDING APPROVAL AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S), AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 13114, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM 74-L" GENERAL URBAN TRANSECT ZONE TO "75-0" URBAN CENTER TRANSECT ZONE- OPEN, FOR THE PROPERTIES LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 2109 SOUTHWEST 8 STREET, 2124, 2126 AND 2130-2132 SOUTHWEST 7 STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
