Hannon References: Agenda for March 8, 2018 City Clerk Enclosures: List of members The Finance Committee, a seven (7) member board was created to review and make recommendations regarding the issuance of debt obligations and the management of outstanding debt. The committee will consider all issues related to outstanding and proposed debt obligations, and will vote on issues affecting or relating to the credit worthiness, security and repayment of such obligations, including but not limited to procurement of services, structure, repayment terms and covenants of the proposed debt obligation, and issues which may affect the security of the bonds and ongoing disclosure to bondholders and interested parties. Five (5) appointments are needed at this time: • Mayor Francis Suarez has one (1) nomination for a seat currently held by: 1 1. Eli Feinberg, incumbent, whose term expired on March 12, 2016, has served as a member since July 21, 1998, and will require a term waiver by a unanimous (5/5) vote of the Commission. • Chair Keon Hardemon has one (1) nomination for a seat currently held by: 1. Lynda Harris, incumbent, whose term expires on March 9, 2018, and will require a 4/5ths waiver of the residency requirement, per Section 2-884(a) of the Code • Vice Chair Ken Russell has one (1) nomination for a seat currently held by: 2 1. Richard Brodsky, incumbent, whose term expired on December 13, 2013. • Commissioner Joe Carollo has one (1) nomination for a seat currently held by:' 1.
