AND The external area of a circular curve having a radius of 25 feet and tangents, which are 25 feet Easterly of and parallel with the centerline of S.W. 30th Court and 7.0 feet Southerly of and parallel with the established City of Miami Monument Line on the Southerly side of U.S. Highway No. 1 (South Dixie Highway). AND The external area of a circular curve having a radius of 25 feet and tangents, which are 25 feet Westerly and pavillel with the center line of Virginia Street (S.W. 30th Avenue) and 7.0 feet Southerly of and parallel with the established City a Miami Monument Line on the Southerly Side of U.S. Highway No. 1 (South Dixie Highway).
