of Lhe Public Records of Miomi-Dade County, Florida, less the West 10 feet of said Lot 2.

The West 1/2 of the 10 foot wide alley, vacated and reserved as a Utility Easement by
the City of Miami Ordinance No. 13492 Reference "MAS INDEX" 231114, recorded August 28,
2015 in Official Records Book 29757, Page 1686 and recorded September 16, 2015 in
Official Records Book 29778, Page 3598, lying adjacent of Lot 2 in Block 16, of NORTH
MIAMI, and being bound on the North by an extension of the Northerly boundary line of
said Lot 2 in Block 16, to the East by 5 feet and being bound on the South by an
extension of the Southerly boundary line of said Lot 2 in Block 16, to the East by 5 feet
