HomeMy WebLinkAbout(1300) - PZAB ResolutionMiami Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board Resolution; PZAB-R-16-083 File ID 1300 December 21, 2010 Item PZAB.2 Mr. Daniel Milian offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING, AND APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AN ORDINANCE OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENTS, AMENDING THE ZONING ATLAS OF ORDINANCE NO. 13114, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 3750 SOUTH DIXIE HIGHWAY, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM " T4-0" GENERAL URBAN OPEN " TO 75-0" URBAN CENTER OPEN; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE..
