HomeMy WebLinkAboutPZAB ResolutionMiami Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board Resolution: PZAB-R-17-023 File ID 1147 April 5, 2017 Item PZAB.1 Ms. Maria Beatriz Gutierrez offered the following resolution and moved its adoption: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD RECOMMENDING APPROVAL WITH CONDITION(S) TO THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION AMENDING CHAPTER 62/ARTICLE XIII/DIVISION 5 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, ENTITLED "PLANNING AND ZONING/PLANNING AND ZONING APPROVAL FOR TEMPORARY USES AND OCCUPANCIES; PERMIT REQUIRED/MURALS" BY AMENDING THE CITY OF MIAMI MURAL GEOGRAPHICAL AREA TO EXCLUDE A PORTION OF THE DESIGN DISTRICT AS DESCRIBED IN EXHIBIT "B", ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE. Upon being seconded by Mr. Juvenal Pina the motion passed and was adopted by a vote of 6- 1.
