BACKGROUND
Onginaily from Washington DC, Christopher Cawley relocated to Miami in 2001 to
accept a position with EGS2 Corporation and the Sieger Suarez Architectural
Partnership. While with the firm Chris was fortunate to be involved with many high
profile projects, including ICON + Murano Grande in South Beach, the Miami Beach
Marina Baywalk, and Las Blas River House in Ft. Lauderdale.
In 2005, Chris founded Christopher Cawley Landscape Architecture with the intent of
focusing primarily on Art Deco and historic renovation projects. Since that time CCLA
has evolved into a full service consulting practice, and current projects include private
gardens, estates, boutique hotels, and high rise developments.
CCLA has been fortunate to assist with many historic projects, including the renovation
for the Leslie Hotel and the Fontana Condominium in South Beach, and the Prescott
Mansion located In the Bayside Historic District.
