City pays 100% of premium Accidental Death & Dismemberment Insurance 2X Annual Salary Long Term Disability In the event that a disability plan is offered to other City executives, The CIP Executive Director will be provided a similar benefit. Leave Time Vacation 21 days per year Sick 12 days per year Holiday 11 days per year COLA Same as granted to the members of the classified or unclassified service, whichever is higher.
