Ms. Maria Lievano-Cruz offered the following resolution and moved its adoption:
A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI PLANNING, ZONING AND APPEALS BOARD, WITH
ATTACHMENT(S), RECOMMENDING APPROVAL WITH CONDITION(S) TO THE MIAMI
CITY COMMISSION OF THE CLOSURE, VACATING, ABANDONING, AND DISCONTINUING
FOR PUBLIC USE OF A PORTION OF A PUBLIC ALLEY LOCATED ALONG THE EAST SIDE
OF NORTHEAST 4 AVENUE BETWEEN NORTHEAST 30 TERRACE AND NORTHEAST 31
STREET PURSUANT TO THE CRITERIA LISTED IN SECTION 55-15 (C) OF CODE OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED..
Upon being seconded by Mr. Adam Gersten the motion passed and was adopted by a vote of 9-
2:

CONDITION(S):
The applicant or their successor shall comply with the conditions of approval
stated for the CH Metro Tentative Plat #1886, in a letter dated November 21,
2016 issued by the Department of Public Works.
2. The applicant or their successor shall comply with all development standards
identified in Miami 21 Code and all applicable Local, State and Federal
regulations.

LESS AND EXCEPT THEREFROM THAT PART OF SAID LOT 4 LYING EXTERNAL TO
A CIRCULAR CURVE CONCAVE TO SOUTHEAST, HAVING A RADIUS OF 25 FEET,
