BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT ON STATE ROAD 968 (SOUTHWEST 1 STREET) AT
THE MIAMI RIVER; FURTHER CONTAINING A REVERTER PROVISION IN THE EVENT THE
PROPERTY IS NO LONGER USED FOR THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT WAS CONVEYED.
