Dear Sir:
On behalf of Intelligent please accept this submission as evidence of a sole source designation
by the Administration to the Commission for a platform to communicate throughout the City of
Miami (City) for emergency override warnings, life safety alerts and other instructional
communications. Intelligent is a professional platform to provide direct communications to
subscribers. It is neither intended nor designed to create conversations amongst communities
and does not compete with social media, it is by design a professional bull horn with vertical
messaging and communication between the City's designated Administrator and the
subscribers.
Attached are the resolutions of the City of Doral, providing for sole source as well as Coral
Gables. Equally attached is the license agreement with the Miami Dade County School Board.
Intelligent is the only private sector program that allows its subscribers to override the "silent"
and "do not disturb" notifications on iPhones and Android powered devices, affording the user to
read life safety alerts or critical messaging in real time regardless of the notification settings on
their Apple or Android smartphones. We creat both virtual as well as geofence communities,
which automatically subscribes and unsubscribes users that cross the geofence created by the
City, allowing strangers that have subscribed to intelligent to receive critical or life safety alerts.
The users can receive messaging in 30 different languages, based upon the users preference.
The message can be created in English and received in Spanish, Creole, French, or Portuguese
or any other of the 26 languages. Equally the user can change the message to any other
language manually. Instructions/messaging/alerts can reach 500,000 subscribes per second,
more than the entire City of Miami.
The business offering requires no investment by the City or subscribers it is free, no fees no
costs, free. it is equally free to the subscriber. In fact the City will have a significant revenue
opportunity, the City will receive 5044 of the banner advertising generated when a user opens
the app.
The technology offered to the City is "one off", exclusive and proprietary to Intelligent, the
attached licensing agreement creates a revenue partnership agreement that is unheard of.
We look forward to the City joining Doral, Coral Gables and Miami Dade County School Board
in protecting its citizens, workers, and visitors with a State of the Art solution in Communications
to combat the complex problems facing the world today.
