VIOLENCE REDUCTION PARTNERSHIP (VRP) READING DAYS City Year will invite NROs from Model City NET to it's Violence Reduction Partnership Reading days at Holmes Elementary and Charles Drew K-8. Launched last year with the U.S. Attorney's Office, City Year deploys all staff to ten (10) elementary schools and early learning centers in which Law Enforcement professionals and City Year staff read to kindergarteners and also distribute NEW books during each VRP visit.
