WHEREAS, the Miami Planning Advisory Board, at its meeting of April 21, 1982, Item # 5(b), following an adver- tised hearing, adopted Resolution No. PAB 29-82 by a 5 to 1 vote, RECOMMENDING DENIAL of permission to construct and operate a governmental use, as hereinafter set forth; and WHEREAS, the City Commission notwithstanding the recommended denial of the Planning Advisory Board finds that the governmental use will not be detrimental or injurious to the character of the development of the immediate neigh- borhood; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That construction and operation of - a governmental facility (South Florida Evaluation and Treat- ment Center) on Lots 5 through 12, Block 1, L.C. RICE ADDI- TION No. 1(9-175); all of Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, less south 25' ± commencing at Northwest 10th Avenue and extending 1014.26' ± easterly; BOHEMIA PARK AMENDED (6-171); and the unplatted CITY COMMISSION MEETING OF MAY2 11982 part of North � of Northeast 4 of Southeast 4 of Southeast 4 of Section 26, Township 53 South, Range 41 East less East 182' and less South 35' for street East 182' of North � of Northeast � of Southeast h of Southeast h of Section 26, Township 53 South, Range 41 East less Northwest 7th Avenue and less South 35' to the Seaboard Airline Railway; being approximately 701-999 Northwest 22nd Street, per site plan on file, per Article XXI-2 Governmental Use District, Sec- tion 3(1)(a) of Comprehensive zoning Ordinance No. 6871; zoned GU or proposed to be rezoned to GU, is hereby approved.
