We, the undersigned, are Homeowners and concerned citizens who urge our
leaders to act now to firmly reject the forementioned rezoning petition. Planned
development of this area as presenter! by Westdale Wynwood LP wound not benefit
local residents in the immediate area but would certainly be a detriment to all by
adding more steain to local infrastructure (police, fire departmprrtand other
responders), it would worsen an already terrible traffic patternand increase
accidents at one of the most dangerouse intersetions NW 2nd Ave.
Retuning request 2695 - 2596 would change the single family residential character
of the neighborhoods adjacent to the proposed project. We humbly ask that your
vote AGAINST retuning rezoning petition - 7fi9S- 2696. The proposed development
woul=d acid considerably to traffic making it undesirable to/for families in e)asting
single-family homes, speeding is already an epidemic.
41+'e sincerly urge you and your fellow Council members to vote against zoning
request 2695-2696. More apartments and commercial are not needed in this :arena
