Dear Chief Zamora:
On behalf of our client, Westdale Wynwood, LP, the applicant in the above referenced
Rezoning and FLUM amendment applications, we are requesting a deferral of the above
referenced item to the November 15, 2017 meeting of the Planning, Zoning and Appeals Board.
As you know, we requested a previous deferral in order to meet further with City of Miami Planning
Staff. However, due in large part to the impacts of Hurricane Irma, we have been unable to set a
meeting with Staff until this week. This leaves Staff very little time to review our additional materials
and modify the Staff Report (if appropriate) prior to their Friday deadline. Therefore, we are
respectfully requesting additional time. Please let us know if you have any questions or comments.
