A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
AUTHORIZING THE PIGGYBACK OF CITY OF A DORAL ("DORAL")
CONTRACT FOR CATCH BASIN MAINTENANCE PROGRAM, FROM
ENVIROWASTE SERVICES GROUP, INC., ON A CITYWIDE, AS NEEDED
CONTRACTUAL BASIS, PURSUANT TO SECTION 18-111 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED, UTILIZING THE EXISTING
COMPETITIVELY BID CONTRACT OF DORAL INVITATION TO BID NO. 2013-
32, EFFECTIVE THROUGH MARCH 24, 2018, SUBJECT TO ANY RENEWALS,
EXTENSIONS, AND/OR REPLACEMENT CONTRACTS BY DORAL;
ALLOCATING FUNDS FROM STORM WATER ACCOUNT NO.
00001.208000.534000.0.0, SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS AND
BUDGETARY APPROVAL AT THE TIME OF NEED; FURTHER AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, IN
SUBSTANTIALLY THE ATTACHED FORM.
WHEREAS, the City of Miami ("City") desires to piggyback on the contract currently in
place between the City of Doral, Florida and EnviroWaste Services Group, Inc. for Catch Basin
Maintenance Program;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The recitals and findings contained in the Preamble to this Resolution are
adopted by reference and incorporated as if fully set forth in this Section.
Section 2. The piggyback of a City of Doral ("Doral") contract for Catch Basin
Maintenance Program, from EnviroWaste Services Group, Inc., on a Citywide, as needed
contractual basis, pursuant to Section 18-111 of the Code of the City of Miami, Florida, as
amended, utilizing the existing competitively bid contract of Doral Invitation to Bid No. 2013-32,
effective through March 24, 2018, subject to any renewals, extensions and/or replacement
contracts by Doral, is authorized.'
Section 3. Funds to be allocated from Storm Water Account No.
00001.208000.534000.0.0, subject to the availability of funds and budgetary approval at the
time of need.
Section 4. The City Manager is authorized' to execute the Supplemental Agreement, in
substantially the attached form.
Section 5. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption and

2 If the Mayor does not sign this Resolution, it shall become effective at the end of ten (10) calendar days
from the date it was passed and adopted. If the Mayor vetoes this Resolution, it shall become effective
immediately upon override of the veto by the City Commission.
