NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on October
27, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American
Drive, Miami, Florida, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids
for the provision of the Scavenger 2000 Depollution Boat for the Public Works Department,
at an estimated amount of $250,000.00 per year, from the sole source service provider,
Water Management Technologies, Inc., located at 10400 NW 33 Street, Suite 200, Miami,
FL 33172.
Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they might be able
to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact Anthony Hansen, Senior
Procurement Contracting Officer, at the City of Miami Procurement .Department at (3.05)
416-1895.
All interested persons are invited to appear at the meeting and may be heard with respect
to the proposed item. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City
Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall
ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and
evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105)
