On October 13, 2016, Legislation for agenda item RE.3 was adopted by the City
Commission. The Legislation referenced a Covenant Running with the Land ("Covenant") and
an Exhibit "A". Exhibit "A" is the Legal description of the subject property and therefore is an
Exhibit to the Covenant, and to the Legislation. Exhibit "A" was correctly uploaded to File ID
No. 1021 in Accela as part of the Covenant, but was not uploaded separately as Exhibit "A" to
the Legislation. The file has been incremented to "Revision A" to reflect the addition of Exhibit
"A" as a standalone exhibit.
