The current future land use designation of these properties is Restricted Commercial with a maximum density of 150 dwelling units per acre. The future land use designation will remain the same under the proposed rezoning to T6-12 O. The area under consideration is approximately 18 acres (+/-), and is generally bounded by NW 15"Street Road and NW 14" Street to the North; NW North River Drive to the South; NW 14d, Avenue to the East; and NW 15' & NW 17'h Avenues to the West.
