13114, AS AMENDED, BY CHANGING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
FROM T6-8-0 "URBAN CORE TRANSECT ZONE OPEN" TO T6-12-0
"URBAN CORE TRANSECT ZONE OPEN" FOR PROPERTIES BOUNDED BY
NORTHWEST 15TH STREET ROAD AND NW 14TH STREET TO THE
NORTH; NORTHWEST NORTH RIVER DRIVE TO THE SOUTH;
NORTHWEST 14TH AVENUE TO THE EAST; AND NORTHWEST 15TH
AVENUE AND NORTHWEST 17TH AVENUE TO THE WEST; MIAMI
FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
Location: Approximately bounded by NW 15th Street Road and NW 14th Street to the
North; NW North River Drive to the South; NW 14th Avenue to the East; and
NW 15th Avenue and NW 17th Avenue to the West.
