comer of Section 71, Township53 South, Range 42 East, Miami -Dade County, Florida; thence
North and parallel to the West line of said Section 7., Township 53 South, Range 42 East; a
distance.of 305.25 feet to a non -tangent curve be . ing the South right of way line of the F.E.C,
Belt Line Railroad, thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly right of way line of said
F.E.C. Belt Line for an arc distance of 418.70 feet along a curve having a radius of 1173.57
feet and a central angle of 20'26'30" to a point on the Southwesterly right of way line of the
F. - E.C. Belt Line and. 35.00 feet North of the South Line of said Section 7, Township 53 South,
Range 42 East, thence West and parallel to the South line of said Section 7, Township 53
South, Range 42 East, a distance of 276.12 feet to the Point of Beginning. The above
description covers the Miami Belt Line Easement and Tracts I and 2 of MAYFLOWER.
