NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on
Thursday, July 14, 2016, at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500
Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133, for the purpose of waiving the requirements of
obtaining sealed bids for the sole provider of a NC4 Street Smart Application, Software
Licenses and one year of maintenance and support, for the police department, from NC4
Public Sector LLC, located at 100 N. Sepulveda Blvd., Suite 200, E1 Segundo, CA 90245.
Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they might be able
to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact Tahlia Gray, Senior Procurement
Contracting Officer, at the City of Miami Purchasing Department at (305) 416-1912.
All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting and may be heard with respect to
any proposition before the City Commission in which the City Commission may take action.
Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to
- -- ----any-matter-to be considered--at-this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record
of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal
may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, persons needing special
