THREE (3) ASSOCIATED WAIVERS PURSUANT ARTICLE 7, SECTION
7.1.2.5, ARTICLE 5, SECTION 5.5.1(f), 5.5.1(g) AND 5.5.1(h) TO ALLOW A
WAIVER FOR A GROUND LEVEL DOMINANT SETBACK TO PERMIT THE
PLACEMENT OF A FENCE ALONG THE EASTERN FRONTAGE TO
SETBACK 3' WHERE 10' IS REQUIRED. A WAIVER FROM BUILDING
