Range 42 East, Miami --Dade County, Florida; more particularly described as
follows;
Beginning at the most Northerly corner of Parcel 3; thence N45°44'40"W
along the Northeasterly line of Rusty Pelican Parcel, a distance of 1026.66
feet to the most Northerly corner of Rusty Pellcon Parcel, thence
N44'15'20"E, a distance of 2.50.00 feet, thence 8454440"E along a line
250.00 feet Northeasterly of and parallel with the Northeasterly line of
Rusty Pelican Parcel, a distance of 666,41 feet.; thence N44'15'20"E, a
distance of 250,00 feet; thence S45°44'40"f.... along a line 500,00 feet
Northeasterly of and porollel with the Northeasterly line of said Busty
Pelican Parcel and the Northeasterly line of said Parcel 3, a distance of
17015.14 feet; thence S44 -75'20"W, a distance of 647.25 feet to a point in
