APPROVED: Anna Medina Agenda Coordinator CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on March 24, 2016, at 9:00 a.m., in the City Commission Chambers at City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, 33133 for the purpose of waiving the requirements of obtaining sealed bids to for the provision of additional security guard services for the Parks and Recreation Department, at an amount not to exceed $50,000.00, from Kent Security Services, Inc., located at 14600 Biscayne Blvd., North Miami Beach, Florida 33181. Inquiries from other potential sources of such a package who feel that they might be able to satisfy the City's requirements for this item may contact Pearl Bethel, Procurement Contracting Manager, at the City of Miami Procurement Department at (305) 416-1949. All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting and may be heard with respect to any proposition before the City Commission in which the City Commission may take action. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter to be considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
