City of Miami Commission Chamber 3500 Pan American Drive �m n Miami, FL 33133 Federal regulations governing CDBG and other HUD programs require that a participating jurisdiction provide citizens with reasonable notice of and an opportunity to comment on any new allocation and/ or amendment of HUD programs. In addition, the public is advised of the proposed new allocation(s)/ amendment(s) to the funding of the City program(s)as indicated below:* t t 1. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the transfer of CDBG administration and HOPWA program delivery funds to Allapattah Business Development Authority, Inc. and Sunshine For All, Inc. to provide Housing Quality Standard Inspection services for the City of Miami's Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher and Moderate Rehabilitation programs and HOPWA program. 2. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager to grant ABDA an extension of time to commerce construction from six (6) months from the date as may be approved by the City Commission, and to complete construction eighteen months (18)months from the date as may be approved by the City Commission. 3. Discussion and proposed resolution authorizing the City Manager to grant Citrus Health Network, Inc. an extension of time for the 2015-2016 agreement for Emergency Solutions Grant ("ESG") program from April 1, 2016 to September 30, 2016. 4. Discuss and proposed the approval of the City of Miami, Local Housing Assistance Plan ("LHAP") for the period of July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2019 for the continue participation of the City in the Florida State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) program. t This item(s) will be available for public comment and review for a period of no less than 30 days. The review and comment period begins Tuesday, March 15, 2016 and ends Wednesday, April 13, 2016. The adoption of an Ordinance or Resolution, by the City Commission, related to the proposed amendment(s), authorizes the City Manager to draft/amend the appropriate City of Miami Annual Action Plan.
