Me 'na, Agenda Coordinator AB:HM:IT CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on February 11th, 2016, at 9:00 AM at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida, 33133, for the purpose of granting the following: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, DECLARING SURPLUS AND APPROVING THE SALE OF A CITY -OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 21 NE 28TH STREET, MIAMI, FLORIDA, FOLIO NUMBER 01- 3125-005-0480 ("PROPERTY"), TO THE ASSOCIATION FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE EXCEPTIONAL, INC. ("PURCHASER"), ESTABLISHING SIXTY TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($62,000.00) AS THE AMOUNT TO BE PAID TO THE CITY OF MIAMI BY THE AFOREMENTIONED; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE ("AGREEMENT'), AND TO EXECUTE SUCH OTHER DOCUMENTS AS MAY BE NECESSARY TO CONSUMMATE SUCH TRANSACTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT, WHICH TERMS ANY BE AMENDED BY THE CITY MANAGER AS MAY BE NECESSARY IN ORDER TO MEET THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY.
