I am in favor of this project. I.think,this is -an excellent precedent and'will fit with the progress which is being made'on 'Coral Way. We all know that from the Five Corners (at 12th Avenue and"SW 3rd Av.) westward, many of the blocks have.had the south side of the block facing coral Way built with.parking garages, or parking lots. In some cases, whole buildings extend to 22 terrace, as at from 32nd to 37th Avenues.. This progress is what is.making the city of Miami a world power and keeping the economy growing vigorously to create jobs and increasing income. . This area was very retrograde and full of antiquated buildings with small shops. Now a series of multi story buildings, which have created a much different and improved Coral Way have occurred so that it can return to its original purpose the channel between the Coral Gables businesses that that of Downtown/Brickell areas.
