Approved: �AnneKK Medina, Agenda Coordinator Enclosure CITY OF MIAMI, FLORIDA NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING A public hearing will be held by the City Commission of the City of Miami, Florida on November 19, 2015 at 9:00 AM at City Hall, located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133 for the purpose of granting the following: A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A GRANT OF EASEMENT ON CITY -OWNED PROPERTY LOCATED AT WATSON ISLAND, MIAMI, FLORIDA, TO WATER AND SEWER DEPARTMENT ("WASD"), OF APPROXIMATELY FIFTEEN (15) FOOT WIDE BY ONE HUNDRED THIRTY (130) FOOT STRIP RUNNING NORTHWEST/SOUTHEAST, UTILITY EASEMENT, FOR A PERPETUAL NON-EXCLUSIVE EASEMENT ON THE PROPERTY, FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF UNDERGROUND UTILITY FACILITIES, WITH THE RIGHT TO RECONSTRUCT, IMPROVE, CHANGE AND REMOVE ALL OR ANY OF THE FACILITIES WITHIN THE EASEMENT. All interested persons are invited to appear and may be heard concerning these items. Should any person desire to appeal any decision of the City Commission with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, that person shall ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including all testimony and evidence upon which any appeal may be based (F.S. 286.0105).
